How to refresh user sights in War Thunder? ›

You can find the sights in Options > Common battle settings. If you are already in game, start a test drive and press Alt+f9 to refresh the sight cache.

Place the ground vehicle for which you want to replace the sighting reticle into the hangar. Open game settings → Main parameters → Common battle settings and for the parameter “Use alternative sight grid” select “Add grid sight”.
